1) Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other card networks supported by Stripe)

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed.

2) Currency

All prices and charges are listed and processed in USD (United States Dollar) unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3) PayPal Payments

If you choose PayPal at checkout:

  • You will be redirected to PayPal to securely complete your payment.

  • You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card (depending on your PayPal settings and region).

  • Payment confirmation typically happens immediately, but in rare cases PayPal may take additional time to verify a transaction.

Important notes:

  • Your PayPal billing details must match your PayPal account information.

  • If PayPal places a hold, limitation, or requires verification, your order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be confirmed.

4) Stripe Card Payments (Credit/Debit)

If you choose Card Payment (Stripe):

  • Your card payment is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

  • We do not store your full card number on our servers.

  • Stripe may use verification steps such as AVS (address verification) and 3D Secure depending on your bank/card.

If your card is declined:

  • Double-check card number, expiry date, CVC, billing address, and available balance.

  • Try another card or PayPal.

  • Some banks block online or international transactions by default. Contact your bank if needed.

5) Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent fraud:

  • We may review orders flagged by our payment systems.

  • We may request additional verification (for example, confirming billing details).

  • We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or cannot be verified.

If an order is canceled for security reasons, you will be notified and refunded according to Section 7.

6) Taxes

Any applicable taxes (if required) will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

7) Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or the same card via Stripe).

  • Refund timing depends on the processor and your bank:

    • PayPal: often faster, but may vary by account/bank.

    • Card (Stripe): usually takes several business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks/Disputes:

  • If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, it can delay resolution.

  • We recommend emailing us at [email protected] so we can help quickly.

8) Payment Confirmation & Receipts

After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation (and/or receipt) via email. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders.

9) Pricing Errors

In the rare case a product/service is listed at an incorrect price due to an error:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or

  • Contact you with corrected pricing options before processing.
