Rich Casual LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how affected users can submit a counter-notice.

1) Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) to our designated contact:

DMCA Agent / Contact
Email: [email protected]
Mailing Address: Rich Casual LLC, 5402 Autry Ave 66d, Los Angeles, CA 90046, United States

To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name (or authorized company/representative name) and your contact information (address, phone number, email).

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (a description is fine; registration info helps if available).

  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL(s) on our website.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email submissions).

If your notice is missing required information, we may not be able to process it.

2) What We Do After Receiving a Valid Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA Notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and/or

  • request additional details if needed to verify the claim, and/or

  • notify the responsible party (if applicable).

We handle requests as quickly as reasonably possible, but timing can vary depending on the complexity of the claim.

3) Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification (“Counter-Notice”) to the same DMCA contact above.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your name and contact information (address, phone, email).

  2. Identification of the content removed/disabled and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. Federal District Court (generally the district where you live, or where the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice (or their agent).

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action within the legally required timeframe.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, where appropriate and as required by law.

5) Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal consequences. Please submit claims only when you genuinely believe infringement occurred.
