1) Overview

We want returns to be simple and fair. If something shows up wrong, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right within the rules below.


2) Return Window

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking status).

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may be denied.


3) Eligible Returns (Accepted)

We accept returns if the item is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Defective or not functioning as intended

  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, wrong variant)

  • Significantly not as described (major mismatch vs listing)


4) Not Eligible (Not Accepted)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind, don’t like it anymore)

  • Wrong address provided by customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor color differences due to screen/monitor settings

  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable (if stated on product page)

5) Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused (unless defective)

  • Must be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Include all parts/accessories/manuals (if applicable)

If an item is returned used/damaged by the customer, we may:

  • refuse the return, or

  • issue a partial refund depending on condition.


6) How to Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/video (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)

  • Your preferred resolution: replacement or refund

We will respond within 24–48 hours (business days) with next steps.


7) Return Shipping Costs

Who pays return shipping depends on the situation:

We cover return shipping if:

  • item arrived damaged,

  • item is defective,

  • or we shipped the wrong item.

Customer covers return shipping if:

  • return is for personal preference (if accepted),

  • or the mistake was due to incorrect address/info provided by customer.


8) Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

  • Refund amount can include:

    • product price, and

    • original shipping fee only when the return is due to our mistake or a verified issue.

Refund processing time:

  • We process refunds within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or after approval in cases where return is not required).

  • Banks/PayPal may take additional time to post the refund.


9) Replacements

If you request a replacement and it’s approved:

  • We’ll ship the replacement after verification.

  • Replacement shipping is covered by us when:

    • item was defective/damaged,

    • or wrong item was sent.


10) Cancellations

Before shipment:

  • You may request cancellation if the order has not been processed/shipped.

  • If we can stop it in time, you’ll get a full refund.

After shipment:

  • You must follow the return process once it arrives.


11) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first. Chargebacks slow everything down and may delay resolution.
